Won Heart: Share the Vision

As our culture continues to change, the church must continually re-assess its focus upon the needs of the community in which it serves. We must look at ourselves and ask. “What can we do to minister to those who need to feel the love of Jesus Christ? Finally, We must set goals to and develop programs to minister to the people we have identified as having the needs to which we can meet.

I would like to take a moment to explain what Won Heart is about and to share with you the vision that God has placed upon my heart. Won Heart is a ministry committed to reaching all people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We are committed to the teachings of the Holy Scriptures as being the inerrant, infallible Word of God. We are committed to being a living testimony of God’s grace and mercy. And the most important thing we are committed to is to love. Love, which extends form the Heavenly Father and flows through each member of the Body of Christ.

The desire of Won Heart is to be “a place where the hurting, the depressed, the frustrated, and the confused young adult can find love, acceptance, help, hope, forgiveness, guidance, and encouragement.” It is the desire of Won Heart “to welcome people into the fellowship of our church family- loving, laughing, learning, and living in harmony together.” Furthermore, it is the desire of Won Heart to see young adults develop into spiritually mature individuals. To see each person grow into Christ likeness is the ultimate fulfillment in ministry, and Won Heart will attempt to see that this process is fulfilled. Numerous programs and activities are being planned and implemented to assist in the process and accomplishment of this goal. Bible studies, small group seminars, retreat, and a host of fellowship activities are being designed with you in mind. Come and be a part of Won Heart and be united with other young adults in Him.

Everyone longs to give themselves completely to someone…to have a deep soul relationship with another, to be loved thoroughly and exclusively. But to a Christian, God says…No not until are satisfied and fulfilled and content, living loved by Me alone, and giving yourself totally to Me, unreservedly to Me…to have an intensely personal and unique relationship with Me alone. I love you, my child and until you discover that only in Me is your satisfaction to be found, you will not be capable of loving of the perfect human relationship I have planned for you. You will never be united with another until you are united with Me, exclusive of any other desires or longings. I want you to stop planning, stop wishing, and allow Me to bring it to you. You just keep watching Me, expecting the greatest things. Keep experiencing that satisfaction of knowing I am. Keep learning and listening to things I tell you. You must wait. Don’t be anxious. Don’t worry. Don’t look at things that others have gotten or that I have given them. Don’t look around at things you think you want. Just keep looking off and away at Me, or you will miss what I want to show you. And then when you are ready, I’ll surprise you with a love far more wonderful than you ever dreamed of… You see, until you are ready, Until the one I have for you is ready, until you are both satisfied with Me and the life I have prepared for you, you won’t be able to experience the love that exemplifies your love with Me, and is thus, perfect love. I am working even this minute, to have you both ready at the same time. And dear child I want you to have the most wonderful love. I want you to see in the flesh a picture of your relationship with me, and to enjoy materially and concretely the everlasting union of beauty and perfection and love that I offer you with myself. Know that I love you.
